Camp Menzies is a beautiful 176-acre mountain site located in Calaveras County at a 5,000 foot elevation in the Sierra Nevada mountains, approximately 80 miles east of Stockton. You can read more about our camp on the Girl Scouts Heart of Central Califonia Web site.

More About Camp
Camp Menzies offers a variety of overnight sessions ranging from four to ten days. Our well-rounded program is based on Girl Scout philosophy and is appropriate to the age, interests and abilities of campers. Camp Menzies consistently maintains high standards for the health and safety of all campers and is accredited by the American Camp Association. Campers sleep in sleeping cabins, platform tents, in their own tent from home or under the stars depending on the program that they register for. We offer sessions mid-June through mid-August. In late August and September we offer Troop and Family weekend camping opportunities.
