Rio Vista has been a summer tradition since 1921. Located in the beautiful Texas hill country along the Guadalupe River. A summer program dedicated to providing each camper with a safe, wholesome, fun-filled, learning experience.
Camp Rio Vista is the oldest, private residential summer camp in the Southwest and has a long-time reputation for quality camp programs. Generations of young men have experienced our traditions and proven programs, and have developed lifelong friends and lasting memories. Campers select their own activity schedule from a list of over 30 exciting choices and have the opportunity to try more during the summer. Cabins are unique rock buildings complete with electricity. Beautiful and well-maintained facilities. Camper-counselor ratio is 4 to 1 and our staff is selected based upon their moral character, references, skills, enthusiasm and dedication to children and their growth.
