Camp Texlake is one of the Girl Scouts of Central Texas Resident Camps. We are a 455-acre outdoor program center located on Lake Travis. Recent renovations have left Texlake looking better than ever. At Camp Texlake girls ride horses, canoe, dabble in the arts, backpack, learn camping skills, rock climb, play an assortment of sports, put on plays, hike, sing, and make new friends.
We strive to create a nurturing environment to help girls learn to live and work with others, create friendships and bonds with each other. Our goal at camp is to partner with you to provide the best camp experience for your favorite camper. We take seriously the trust you place in us to care for your daughter and to share with her the experiences that camp offers.
While helping girls of all ages discover their own physical strength and fortitude, our camp and programs help girls connect essential life skills and values such as confidence, leadership, independence and teamwork to take action to make the world a better place.
