Camp Walden is a co-ed summer camp set amongst the splendor of the Adirondack Mountains. At Walden we offer both full and half sessions, and a two week option available only for our first time campers. Our pristine, spring-fed lake and over one hundred acres of beautiful property is the perfect setting for our campers to challenge themselves as they make new friends and create a lifetime of memories. Walden campers experience deep and meaningful friendships, explore new challenges and adventures, and excel in their favorite sports, the arts, the theater, and in life. Limiting enrollment allows us to be just the right size. We are large enough to offer all of the program activities of bigger camps, but small and intimate enough that each child and each counselor know each other well. Our warm, caring, family atmosphere makes first time campers feel as welcome as campers who have been with us for years. We are located 3 ½ hours from NYC and Boston and 2 ½ hours from Montreal.
