This program is for juniors riders ages 9-17 of any riding level who wish to improve their skills, strength, confidence and riding foundation. Riders ride twice daily in ability-based groups. The spend much of the day caring for the horses, cleaning stalls, watering, feeding and turnout, attending mini-clinics, learning horsemanship skills and putting them into practice. Students may bring their own horse or enjoy one of our farm-owned horses and ponies. Students receive quality instruction from trainer Colleen Seely who is active in the industry through coaching at AA and VHSA horse shows, coaching Zone 3 Interscholastic Equestrian Association teams, active USEF/USHJA/VHSA member and judging local VHSA horse shows. She also has 12 years of experience teaching and managing successful summer equestrian camp programs.
We are recognized through the United States Hunter Jumper Association as an affiliated clinic. Limited to 10 riders per session.
