Fun and instruction-oriented, offering more than 40 activities: traditional, plus unusual, typically including English and western horseback riding, Red Cross swimming instruction, fishin', war canoe, canoeing, diving, competitive swimming, synchronized swimming, field sports, tennis, volleyball, softball, fencing, soccer, basketball, field hockey, cheerleading, drama, dance, "Just For Fun", archery, riflery, climbing and rappelling, sign language, "Smoke Signals" and yearbook, pioneering (camp craft, nature, and ecology), calligraphy and papermaking, leather work, ceramics, cooking, painting and sketching, jewelry making and beading, nature crafts, weaving.
Located on Guadalupe River's beautiful South Fork, "tepees" and dining room are fully air-conditioned. Family style dining, tradition of etiquette. Worldwide, limited enrollment, personable!
Heart O' the Hills was built originally to be a resort inn, and in 1953 was made into a summer camp for girls.
