Our roots reach back to 1901, when we established one of the nation's first overnight camps for children. Over a century later, we remain true to the Y mission and our non-profit commitment to bring children of all backgrounds and abilities together in our enriching, life-changing community of summer camp.
Discovery's goal is to create an environment in which campers have FUN while growing as individuals and as members of a group through participation in a wide variety of activities including sports, fine and applied arts, and team building.
Story-boarding, filming with camcorders, strategy games, computer digital editing and digital music, Stop Motion Animation, computer programming (Python), Game Design and LEGO Robotics is taught. While working individually and in small groups, children will work on a number of projects. Each child takes home their projects from the camp.
Our High School Leadership Development Camp put on the by the American Red Cross Utah Region and is often said to be one of the most incredible experiences of the participants lives!
Adventure WILD is for young adventurers ages 4-10. Urban and rural nature are our playgrounds! Children are encouraged to WONDER, INQUIRE, LEARN and DISCOVER about their surroundings through play and adventure. Camps for 8-10 year olds include a single night overnight at our mountain lodge at the end of the week.
School of Rock Princeton’s music camps and workshops are designed to bring out the best performance in a fast-paced learning environment. Our students learn music by playing it with their peers, guided by experienced instructors from the music community.

Metro Parks' Nature Adventure Camps are designed to provide Central Ohio youth with the opportunity to discover and experience nature in an engaging, hands-on group setting. Campers will participate in fun outdoor activities, crafts and games. Metro Parks has been offering week-long day camp sessions since 1997. Programs are available for children in preschool through ninth grade.
