Girl Scouts in the Heart of PA (GSHPA) has four camps in central and northeastern PA, near Harrisburg, Lancaster, Gettysburg, and Scranton. We are hiring for 2023 summer camp staff to help girls make great memories!! If you LOVE the outdoors, working at a camp, and helping to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place - apply today!!
Girl Scouts experience is helpful but not required. Camp Nurse MUST be female, due to working with girls in a residential setting. Kitchen staff may be male or female.
Please note, we are NOT offering any work visas for international applicants. You must already have authorization to work in the US. Applicants out of the area must provide their own transportation to Harrisburg, PA, and we can assist from there.
Pay and Benefits
Pay depends on position:
- Health Assistant/Nurse: $850/week
- Kitchen staff: $650-700/week
Pay is provided bi-weekly via Direct Deposit, less applicable taxes.
Benefits include food and lodging (shared on-site accommodations) and transportation to other camps. Camp Small Valley is the "home base" for staff.
