About

First Photo of Highland Lakes Camp and Conference Center In 2024, Highland Lakes Camp works to Transform Lives, Impact Generations and Change the World for Jesus Christ through the unique experience of camp ministry. We are hiring for 8 different positions, in search of 80 summer staff for the summer. Our available positions are Health Tech, Recreation, Sales/Retail, Media/Production, Camp Programming, Food Services, House Keeping, and Maintenance. Each of these pay $300/week with lifeguards making an additional $25/week. A $500 bonus is offered to those that work the entire 12 week summer and there are additional scholarships available. Applicants can choose to work the first 6 weeks, last 6 weeks or full 12 weeks of summer. We do look for strong Christian characters who are actively involved in their school or church activities and have a heart for servanthood.

Salary / Compensation

We offer $300/week for our Summer Staff position plus an extra $25/week for those who lifeguard. Additionally, we offer a $500 bonus to those who work the entire 12 weeks of summer. We do offer free lifeguard certification, First Aid and CPR certifications for positions that require it. Additionally, we offer free housing, food, t-shirts, and a free mission trip following the conclusion of the summer.
