This great site in the upper part of South Carolina (Greenville & Spartanburg region) that will be able to serve teams and players from SC, TN, NC, AL, and North GA. NGU has Bermuda turf soccer fields and the NGU men's & women's coaching staff will use this camp to recruit players to their college. NGU is a Christian Liberal Arts University.

Our 1st "COLLEGE SHOW CASES" is to be held at NGU. This Show Case will be open to individual field players, Goalkeepers and high school and club teams looking to get recruited to play at the next level. You’ll have a chance to meet university and college coaches who will watch you in training, your match play, you'll find about their programs and get a chance to find out how recruiting works.

MGC campus is over 120 years old but truly a modernized college that will soon be a 4 years institute and part of the University of Georgia higher educational system. They have an active women’s and men’s Junior College.

Soccer in the City 2011: Back To Basics

DPS has always been about the fundamentals, and this year we are going to refocus even more on the importance of technical correctness in young boys and girls learning the game. This year's theme is "Back to Basics." We have also added an advanced session, for more experienced players. Camp starts on July 18.

The DPS™ Way has the capacity to help your child build great skills, great spirit and great sportsmanship, all while playing the “beautiful game” of soccer. The camp will concentrate on providing young players with a solid foundation in basic soccer technical skills and instilling a love of the game. Through experimentation children are encouraged to learn for themselves, but with the support and assistance of their coach if needed.

MISSION
At DPS™ Academy it is our mission to consistently develop children in the fundamentals of soccer, and instill in them a love of the game so they remain lifelong players and lovers of the sport.

LOCATION
This year we are pleased to be partnering with the Samuel L. Jones Boys & Girls Club in the heart of Decatur.

WHO CAN ATTEND
Specifically designed for boys and girls ages 5 – 11 years old, the camp will provide a fun introduction to the joys of soccer. The camp will concentrate on providing young players with a solid foundation in basic soccer technical skills.

WHAT TO BRING
Dress for the weather! Bring a Soccer Ball (size 3), Sneakers, Socks & Shin Guards, Shorts, 1 Red & 1 White T-shirt, Water Bottle, and lots of Snacks (fruit, cereal bars, power bars, etc.).

COACHING & SUPERVISION
At DPS™ we believe we have created a safe and fun learning environment for your child. All our coaches are USSF State licensed, and Double-Goal Coaches™. DPS has been awarded the 2011 Seal of Commitment by the Positive Coaching Alliance.

MEALS
All campers have access to water and sports drinks on the field. We provide lunch for campers who are in the FULL-DAY session
