SoccerPlus Camps conducts soccer camps across the country and is presented by Tony DiCicco, Head Coach of the 1996 Olympic Gold-Medal Winning and 1999 World Cup Champion USA Women's National Soccer Teams. SoccerPlus Camps offers a Goalkeeper School and FieldPlayer Academy that teach soccer skills to young men and women in a safe and humanistic camp environment. Utilizing the best soccer instructors and curriculum, SoccerPlus Camps presents a series of challenges to our students, designed to expand their physical and mental soccer abilities while delivering success and building self esteem on and off the soccer field. The Italian Scuola Calcio Language/Soccer Summer program is hosted by Soccerkix/Savannah International Soccer Academy, an “Italian Premier Soccer School”. It provides an amazing opportunity for boys and girls from all over the world to learn to speak Italian and play the “beautiful game” of soccer. This is a priceless opportunity to learn the “beautiful language” and the “beautiful game” and to enjoy the experience in a multi-cultural environment. The program is set on Jekyll Island one of the most idyllic resort settings in the world, located in Georgia, USA.

This three week Italian language soccer camp is for boys and girls of all nationalities from ages 11 and older and is tailored to challenge the student in every aspect.

DPS ACADEMY 2009 SUMMER CAMP:

The DPS™ Way has the capacity to help your child build great skills, great spirit and great sportsmanship, all while playing the “beautiful game” of soccer.

Specifically designed for boys and girls ages 6 – 10 years old, the camp will provide a fun introduction to the joys of soccer. The camp will concentrate on providing young players with a solid foundation in basic soccer technical skills and instilling a love of the game.

Through experimentation children are encouraged to learn for themselves, but with the support and assistance of their coach if needed.

MISSION
At DPS™ Academy it is our mission to consistently develop children in the fundamentals of soccer, and instill in them a love of the game so they remain lifelong players and lovers of the sport.

LOCATION
This year we are pleased to be partnering with the Samuel L. Jones Boys & Girls Club in the heart of Decatur.

WHO CAN ATTEND
Specifically designed for boys and girls ages 6 – 9 years old, the camp will provide a fun introduction to the joys of soccer. The camp will concentrate on providing young players with a solid foundation in basic soccer technical skills.

WHAT TO BRING
Dress for the weather! Bring a Soccer Ball (size 3 or 4), Soccer cleats, Socks & Shin Guards, Shorts, 1 Red & 1 White T-shirt, Water Bottle, and lots of Snacks (fruit, cereal bars, power bars, etc.).

COACHING & SUPERVISION
At DPS™ we believe we have created a safe and fun learning environment for your child. All our coaches are USSF State licensed, and Double-Goal Coaches™. DPS has been awarded the 2009 Seal of Commitment by the Positive Coaching Alliance.

MEALS
All campers have access to water and sports drinks on the field. We provide lunch for campers who are in the FULL-DAY session

Over the past 23 years, our Advanced Camp has remained the biggest part of our program. We have served players, keepers, coaches, high school and club teams numbering in the thousands. Our professional coaches will train you in a team concept, while each player is developed to better play her or his position in both attack and defense. 11th ANNUAL STRIKER/ATTACKER ACADEMY - Priced at $479
We guarantee the competitive players will learn more about attacking soccer by attending this unique training camp. Our Goalkeeper Academy is one of the top training programs in the USA for the Elite, Advanced and Developing Youth Keeper. Our program is designed to meet every goalie’s needs through top level coaching.
