The Falcon Horse Lover's Camp is a private one-week riding camp for horse lovers only. In this unique riding program, you care for your "own horse" and also have the opportunity to ride up to three times a day. Riding campers ages 11-15 are accepted from the beginner level up to the accomplished intermediate level.

Horse Lover's Camp is divided into three levels. Level I is for beginners/advanced beginners and is designed for students with limited experience. The certified instructor's emphasis is on basic skills in all gaits. Level II is for the intermediate, featuring riders wanting to polish their horsemanship and control. Teaching includes jumping position and emergency dismounts. Level III is for the advanced intermediates who want to sharpen their riding techniques and equitation. There can be instruction in jumping and schooling over designed courses.

Campers will also find time to swim and take part in some other Falcon traditional camp activities.

YMCA Camp Willson was established in 1918, and is owned and operated by the YMCA of Central Ohio. Our 455 acre year-round facility is accredited by the American Camp Association as well as the Certified Horsemanship Association. We operate as a summer youth camp for boys and girls ages 7-17, a full-service outdoor education program for schools, and a weekend conference center for church, yourth, scouting retreats, and many other groups.

Offering day camps and overnight camps as well as youth retreats, since 1995. horse back riding, swimming, crafts abd fishing. An opportunity to learn about horses with emphasis on American Quarter Horses, barrel racing, and calf roping.

YMCA Camp Kern is the largest resident camp in the state of Ohio and is in the top ten of more than 240 YMCA camps across the United States. Camp Kern is located on 485 beautiful acres along the Little Miami River in Southwestern Ohio. We are a year-round camping facility offering programs in leadership adventure, outdoor education, summer camp, ranch, and conferences and retreats. Our summer camp program runs for 9 weeks, which includes one week of staff training and 8 weeks of resident camp.

Our summer camp is composed of a variety of programs. Boys and Girls Main Camp is for campers ages 7-14 and is divided into villages based on age: Frontier Village for ages 7-9, Explorer Village for ages 9-11, Adventure Village for ages 11-13, and Adventure Plus for 13-14. Camp Kern also offers a wide variety of teen programs including Kern Quest, Eco-Challenge, Ultimate Survivor, and many more. Circle K Ranch is for campers ages 10-16. Our out-trips program, Kern Expeditions is for campers ages 13-16. Leaders in Training (LIT) is offered to campers ages 14-15 and Counselor/Wrangler in Training (CIT/WIT) is offered to 16 year old campers. Pleasant Vineyard is an inter-denominational summer camp which provides an atmosphere of love and acceptance for many children each year. It is an environment where positive relationships are developed and the love of Jesus is not only taught, but also demonstrated through fun recreational activities, outdoor education, and the lives of the camp staff.

Located SE of Richmond, Indiana, offers your child a variety of action-packed camp programs to choose from. Your child may register for a weeklong resident camp that offers up to three hours of specialty instruction each day in an area of their particular interest. Whether a beginner or an advanced rider, we have a camp for you! Camps range from 2 - 4 days: $200 - $460. Camps include horse back riding, lessons, horse care, and participation in a horse show. Recreation activities are planned every evening. We also have a recreation building with games, billiards, movies, hot tub, and petting zoo. Continual supervision at all times.

We have a camp designed for beginners, intermediate, and advanced riders. We specialize in small groups of 5 riders for more individual instruction. For all levels we will introduce the fun and challenge of riding, while building a foundation of safety habits and knowledge of the daily care of a horse and his tack. Each camp rides twice daily Monday-Friday. On Friday the campers will perform a mounted drill for friends and parents! They will receive a camp T-shirt and certificate upon completion of camp. Horse Lovers Pre-Camp is a week-long camp designed especially for younger horse lovers. The focus is on the basics of hunt seat riding and barn saftey, and allowing campers to get hands-on experience with ponies and other animals.
Horse Lovers Day Camp focuses on a more detailed hunt seat riding program as well as grooming and handling skills. Campers get first-hand experience caring for horses and enjoying the bond between horse and rider.

Love horse? Spend a week at Ohio’s largest horse camp. With 160 horses and almost 50 years of horse camping experience, we know camp and we know horses. Horseback adventure and farm fun await you this summer at Marmon Valley Ministries. Develop skills in horsemanship as you spend every morning with your own horse during a week on the farm. Spectacular new equine facility hosts established horse programs. Campers explore behavior of horses, daily care, nutrition, safety and responsibilities of caring for horses plus art, games and handling lessons. Horseback Riding Camp: Topics include Horse Safety, Anatomy, Nutrition, History, Breed knowledge, Crafts, Mounted games, Horse management skills, Semi-private Lessons. Liberty Farm Day Camp provides a rewarding experience for all campers, offering a safe environment to enjoy horses. Each session is a week long, Monday-Friday, with structured activities (hands on riding instructions/games and horse related craft activities) from 9:00am-4:00pm. All sessions are for ages 6-15 with a 14 capacity maximum per session.
