Oklahoma Film Making Camps, 3-D Film Animation, and Summer Film Camps on the Camp Channel

Take a seat this summer in the director's chair and gain hands on experience with writing, shooting film/video, and post production at a film making camp. Get behind the lens of a video camera and learn proper operation and technique from qualified professionals. Write, review, and edit a storyline and make a script come alive on film. At some film camps, you may elect to take advantage of hands on 3-D computer animation creation and rendering.

1. Grace Ann Productions' Summer Arts Camp - Grace Ann Productions creates a safe atmosphere that allows campers to fully engage in their art (Acting, Art, Creative Writing, Dance, Film, and Musical Theatre), encouraging them to risk to experience new levels of artistic expression.

Day Camp - Coed - Tulsa, Oklahoma

Our Philosophy:
We believe that each student we work with has the ability to reach his or her "genius brain." Upon reaching that point, he and she will live and create to their fullest happy potential. In every camp we recognize the power to cure disease and stop wars is present in each one of us; therefore, as artists, we are called to see listen, communicate and affect our world.

Camp Staff:
Lead by E. Kirby, Jr. of Broadway's "A Chorus Line", highly credentialed counselors specialize in at least one aspect of the arts and are hand-picked for their ability to work with children. Campers are grouped according to grade, and camper/staff ratio is about 8:1.

Auditions: April 12 or 13th, 2003, 10:00AM (call 918-491-3410 to arrange if not able to attend)

Tuition: $250 per 2 week session, plus $25 app fee (Lunch Program & Extended Care available at additional cost.)

2. Hands On' 09: Folktale Adventures - Twelve week-long summer camps will provide campers the opportunity to explore both visual and performing arts at City Arts Center. Camps are available for ages 5-7, 8-12 and 12 & up.

Each camp is designed and taught by some of the metro area’s finest artists and educators. Available camps include: clay, assemblage art, acting, painting, sewing, architecture, puppetry, video production, weaving and photography.
