Tamwood International Camps was founded in Whistler 1992 and now operates three summer camps in Canada. Tamwood is a privately owned company and the owners are very involved in the day to day operations of all the camps to ensure that all campers get the best education, experience and care possible. Tamwood runs English language camps in Vancouver and Whistler, British Columbia and London, Ontario. Tamwood also runs an adventure camp in Whistler.

Tamwood campers come from all around the world, so every year is a new experience. Campers will learn English, have fun, learn about other cultures and make friendships that will last a lifetime!

Planet Kids

Planet Kids is one of the largest private day-camps in Canada, annually serving more than 3,800 children and youth. Campers can hike, swim, rock climb, ride a horse, design computer animations, enhance their leadership skills, create a work of art, act & produce, see exotic animals, and much more! We are enthusiastic about providing children a safe, fun camp experience where friendships develop and lifelong memories are created.

Focusing on skill development for sports enthusiasts of all abilities, our exceptional sports camps include Golf, Tennis, Basketball, Soccer, Baseball, Volleyball, Lacrosse, Multi Sport and others. Excellent indoor/outdoor facilities, NCCP-certified coaches, weekly progress reports, swimming and more!

Bus transportation is included with 30+ locations to choose from.

At Planet Kids - Our World Revolves Around Children!

Wendigo is a small canoe tripping outpost for older boys (12-16), with a base camp located on Cache Lake inside Algonquin Provincial Park. Algonquin offers 3000 square miles of wilderness lakes and forests--ideal for canoe tripping. Wendigo is a great adventure!

PROGRAM The kids were working hard thorough out the year and they have earned some rest and relaxation. We, at Discovery Land Camp, truly believe that even rest is a good occasion to learn more. Our camp gives invaluable opportunity to children to discover new activities, find new friends and learn unusual, yet practical, skills. But most of all – it is a good way to discover yourself, improve physical conditioning, gain self-confidence and push the limits to the next level.
Superhero course. Our “Never give up” philosophy helps children learn to trust their own strength and power and to develop the skills that only rare people, like SUPERHEROES, have! 2008 is Chikopi’s 89th summer of providing an exciting, fun, safe sports camp for boys. Campers and staff attend from all around the Globe. 3:1 Ratio.

Canoe Tripping and a wide variety of land and water sports in a wilderness lake setting. Our structured daily program, encourages learning and trying new things, the program’s focus is on positive re-enforcement from peers and instructors. Chikopi provides the environment that creates skilled athletes and strong, independent, mature young men who are full of confidence and self-esteem. Who gain independence through accomplishments and success. Laundry is done on the premises. Facilities and services are inspected by government health officials and meet all standards. A summer's experience at Camp Temagami will leave campers with a lifetime of memories. In our intimate setting, experienced staff help campers (boys & girls ages 9-18) to develop self-reliance and confidence. While learning the art of traditional canoe travel, campers gain an understanding of the importance of a balanced lifestyle and an appreciation for the Canadian wilderness. Activities include swimming, sailing, arts & crafts, archery, field games, and a variety of others. We also offer a high school credit leadership program. For the past 75 years, the camp has been a meeting place where the seeds of lasting friendships have been sown.
