The Columbia Gorge School of Theatre is a full-time sleep away performing arts camp on the beautiful campus of Concordia University in Portland, Oregon. It is an actor training program for youth of all ages from around the world who can't get enough theatre. We pride ourselves on providing a safe, supportive environment free of criticism and full of fun, support, and love. We feel that a rigorous theatre training program helps students gain a sense of community, improves communication skills, and raises self-esteem.

CGST offers a well-rounded experience to challenge and encourage artistic and personal growth. With a maximum enrollment of 30 - 60 students in each session (average of 16 students per classroom), we are an intimate program with lots of one-on-one attention. Students are trained in all the best areas of theatre: Acting, Music, Singing, Dance, Voice, TV/Film Acting, and The Biz. 2. Seattle School of Rock Summer Camp: The Best of Sub Pop - This performance camp will explore the music and the history of the iconic label.

Throughout the 90’s it defined the Seattle sound and literally coined the term “Grunge.” Still very much active and prolific today, Sub Pop continues to put out ground breaking records from bands such as The Thermals, Postal Service, Fleet Foxes and many others. This performance camp will explore the music and the history of the iconic label.

2012 Honor Choir Summer Camp includes:
·Intense daily rehearsals focusing on challenging and rewarding repertoire.

·Family concert at end of the week to showcase the music we have learned.
·Daily, leveled classes in music theory, ear training and music history.
·A dedicated staff of experienced choral musicians (even the counselors!).
·Afternoon free time to spend in traditional camp activities of your choice – swimming in the outdoor heated pool, horseback riding, ropes course, climbing tower, miniature golf or even canoeing. (pool is included in camp tuition, all other activities require additional fee)
