Camp Anokijig is a resident camp for children ages 7-16. Resident camp provides the opportunity for children to choose from a wide variety of camp activities and do it all. We also offer a very popular horse camp where campers spend a portion of their day learning horsecare and riding techniques on our working ranch. Our specialty programs combine all the activities of "Resident Camp" with a focus on one particular activity for part of the day. Choose from Fishing Expeditions, Competitive Swimming, Babysitter's Training, or Teen Adventure Challenge. Optional day trips are also available for campers in grades 7 and up. Choose from paintball, whitewater rafting, a trip to Noah's Ark Waterpark, teambuilding on a high ropes course, cave spelunking, go-karting, Lake Winnebago fishing, and indoor rock climbing. If high adventure is for your child, sign up for one of our Adventure trips. Choose from Sylvania Wilderness Canoe & Fishing, Rock, Roll, & Splash Adventure, Lake Superior Kayaking, Apostle Island Sea Kayaking, or Whitewater Adventure. Space is limited. Swift Nature Camp is a small premier Wisconsin residential summer camp for Boys & Girls ages 6-15. SNC is located in the Northwoods of Wisconsin on a 1500 acre lake connected to a county forrest, We combine traditional water & land activities along with hands on outdoor Nature Studies. Traditional Adventure camping activities include: Horses, Swimming, Scuba, Team Course, Sailing, Skiing, and much more. Above all else we have FUN. Best of all campers take out of camp canoe and backpack trips. Self-accomplishment is promoted in a noncompetitive and nurturing environment. Two counselors live in each cabin of 8-10 children, fostering cabin spirit, organizing trips and reading stories at night.

CBT is located just north of Merrill, WI. The camp is made up of 360 acres of private land with a man-made lake in the center of the property. The lake offers a beach for swimming and great opportunities for girls to learn and perfect their boating skills.

CBT Resident Camp is owned and operated by Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes, Inc. to offer quality, affordable, fun, and safe programs by girls, for girls throughout Wisconsin and Michigan.

5. Camp Onaway - Camp Onaway is on an island near Waupaca, Wisconsin. The camp offers three one-week session for boys, three for girls, a co-ed adventure camp, a co-ed Leadership Training Conference, and two family camps.

Camp Onaway is a 6.5 acre island located on the Chain O'Lakes near Waupaca, Wisconsin. Onaway offers three one-week camp session for boys, three for girls, a co-ed adventure camp, a co-ed Leadership Training Conference and two family camps. Typical activites include: swimming, canoeing, waterskiing, windsurfing games, wakeboarding, sailing, campfires, tournaments, crafts, volleyball, basketball, fishing, a low and high ropes challenge course, and much more. 7. Wild Careers - Northland College offers six week-long programs in science, leadership, writing, and sustainable living to help you get involved, energized, and find your way in the world. The programs, seven days and six nights, are an intensive week of learning, adventure, and fun. You will explore side-by-side with innovative Northland faculty and stellar Northland College students who are passionate about what they do and want to show you why. You can earn two college credits during each program, too!

Living Sustainably - June 15-22
Living "green" is not just an idea. Dr. Judith Peyton and Michael Peyton will introduce you to some of Bayfield County's residents to experience first-hand the environmentally sustainable principles they have applied to their homes and jobs. You'll visit a solar and wind-powered homestead and organic farm, a kayaking adventure business on Lake Superior, an organic cafe, a sustainable forest cooperative, a native plant nursery, and more. The class will culminate at the Midwest Renewable Energy and Sustainable Living Fair in Custer, Wisconsin, the world's largest renewable energy educational event.

Lake Superior Studies - June 21-28
Find yourself on the water and in the water with the researchers and natural resource stewards who know it best. Led by Northland College biology professor Andrew Goyke, you will gain first-hand experience in the Lake Superior watershed. Participants will assist fresh water biologists, fishery scientists, and ornithologists as they identify bog vegetation, collect fish population data, sample water quality, and study the habitats of loons, osprey, and eagles. Learn how a love for water and wild things can be the foundation of a professional career.

Wildlife Discovery and Adventure - July 6-13
Howl for wolves, band birds, and track elk during this hands-on journey toward a career with wildlife. Biology professor Gus Smith leads participants on an exploration of the north woods side by side experienced scientists and researchers from Northland College, the Department of Natural Resources, and the U.S. Forest Service. Participants in this program have a different field experience each day and numerous opportunities to meet and interact with professionals whose work in the biological sciences takes them outdoors.

Writing in the World of Nature - July 13-20
Paddle your way to the place where writing in nature begins! In the tradition of America's most powerful writers, students will immerse themselves in the natural world. Guided by Northland College English Professor Alan Brew, participants will explore Lake Superior's Apostle Islands via kayak while learning the art of keeping journals and composing stories, poems, and creative essays.

Storms and Stars - July 27-August 2
This is a scientific look at our dynamic atmosphere and amazing cosmos through high tech tools. Work with Northland College Professor of Physics and Atmospheric Sciences Robert Wilson in the College's observatory and state-of-the-art laboratories. Learn the basics of forecasting weather and how to examine global climate changes, severe storm dynamics, and the quality of the environment. Use the College's computer-controlled telescope, stellar photometers, and electronic imaging devices.

Learn to Lead - July 27-August 2
An outdoor adventure that will catapult you into leadership! This is the week for students who want to be challenged. Grant Herman, a dedicated environmental educator, will guide participants as they work together through ropes course challenges, trust-building group activities, and kayak out to the Apostle Islands for a night in the wilderness. Team members will interact in a supportive community to discover leadership potential and practice the skills needed by tomorrow's responsible, effective, and caring leaders.

8. Challenge Camp at Rogers Memorial Hospital - Challenge Camp is designed for children who experience ADHD , depression, anxiety or other related disorders.

Camp St. John's Northwestern is an exciting adventure camp for boys. Our mission is to motivate campers to understand their potential through a structured program that combines military adventure skills training with fun to promote growth in your son's leadership development, teamwork skills, physical endurance, and self-confidence. We offer three seven-day boarding and day camps. Day camp is $675 while the boarding camp is $1050. A $100 non-refundable application fee for all camps is also required.
