Camps Accommodating Special Needs

Stage Company Summer Camps are a great opportunity for a week-long Theatre experience. We teach our campers singing, acting and dance and how they work together in a Musical Production.

Heaven's Gait is an Equestrian camp that serves special needs children and young adults, ages 6-25.

Story-boarding, filming with camcorders, strategy games, computer digital editing and digital music, Stop Motion Animation, computer programming (Python), Game Design and LEGO Robotics is taught. While working individually and in small groups, children will work on a number of projects. Each child takes home their projects from the camp.

For beginners or advanced, our surf camp will teach you everything from water safety and ettiquete to personal board selection and ding repair. Each instructor is a former ASP Professional surf, also BLS AED CPR certified.

PAFA is the oldest Art Museum and Art School in America. The Summer Art Camp offers enriching and creative experiences for campers in the Museum galleries and art studios. Weekly camps for different age groups running for 7 weeks from late June through August. Fun and creative session designed to appeal to all levels and interests of young artists.

The Center for Courageous Kids (CCK). CCK is a nonprofit residential medical camp that services children who are medically fragile. CCK offers diagnoses specific summer sessions and family weekend retreats.

The Road Less Traveled is a life-changing teen travel and service program for 6th - 12th grade students. Our 1 - 3 week summer programs combine exciting outdoor adventure activities, impactful community service work, authentic cultural immersion, and meaningful travel experiences. The Youth Farm Bible Camp is located in Rosthern, Saskatchewan. We are a camp that primarily runs in the summer with a fun staff, lots of activities, farm atmosphere (including horses), a climbing wall and great programming.

Camp Widjiwagan is a YMCA ran day and overnight camp; One and two week sessions are available for boys and girls in grades 1-11. Prices vary depending on which program you do, overnight or day camp.

Join us this summer for 2 or 3 weeks at Penn State. Our pre-college program combines academics, athletics, and activities to give high school students a well-rounded introduction to college life.
