Camp Skylemar, is in search of college students, recent graduates, teachers, coaches and nurses who want to be creative and collaborative leaders while teaching, coaching and mentoring kids. Our mission is to make a positive impact in the world, one child at a time.

Working at Skylemar is the experience of a lifetime. You’ll create lifelong friendships and connections. The personal growth, the rewards of working with children, the excitement of an active, diverse community and the friendships you build will stay with you long after the summer ends. Come experience what being a part of the Camp Skylemar family feels like. Be inspired by your leaders, be encouraged and cheered on by your teammates, and be supported while you work with us. You'll be mentored and develop dynamic skills within our community. Staff orientation week and weekly in-service training sessions provide a strong foundation to assume summer responsibilities.
