Learn fundamentals and participate in both competitive and recreational swimming at camps which specialize in this activity. Swim camps range from basic instructional programs to highly competitive programs which serve to improve technique and times. Some swim camps offer olympic pools, while others are are located on lakes or other open water venues. Learn various swimming styles (i.e. Butterfly, Breaststroke, Backstroke, Freestyle) and elements of diving.
