International Gymnastics Camp (IGC) is a premier gymnastics facility dedicated exclusively to gymnasts! We combine unequal training and facilities with the traditional camp experience. All abilities of gymnasts are welcome!

Our Annual Camp Continues a tradition of promoting the sport of rugby & exposing young rugby athletes to an all-star staff. This camp is designed to expose young rugby athletes to higher levels of coaching and thereby foster development of both individual and team skills. The camp curriculum consists of the most current skills and theories taught by USA Rugby certified coaches, including National Team coaches, athletes and instructors.
The highlights of this site include the suspension bridge which crosses Big Pocono Creek which is suitable for tubing, fly fishing and environmental studies, as well as "the ridge" which gives a majestic view of the Pocono Mountains including the Delaware Water Gap. As a camper once said, "Camp would not be camp without a ridge and a bridge".
