Camp Greentop provides quality camping programs for youth and adults with cognitive, physical, emotional and multiple disabilities. We also offer a primitive camp (League Pioneers) and a Travel Camp! NHMU offers a summer of adventures in the natural world. Our full- and half-day week-long science-themed camps are taught by certified teachers and are suited for each grade-level. The camps take advantage of the museum’s new learning labs and outdoor spaces, and offer hands-on experiences and fun activities.
Children with and without disabilities will enjoy a week of riding, learning about horses, arts and crafts, and playing indoors and out!
Camp Ten Oaks is a two-location, one-week each, sleep-away camp for children and youth ages 8-17 from 2SLGBTQ+ (two spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer) identities, families, and communities. The program first opened its doors in August 2005. It doubled in capacity in 2018 with the addition of our second location, allowing for nearly 200 campers.
