First and foremost, every teaching is
experiential, which means you won't be told
about something, but rather you will have
direct personal interaction with it. You will:
 Learn how to stay grounded, and sense
different energies centers in your body.
 Use ritual dance and intense sound to
access different levels of consciousness /
awareness.
 Learn how to use the breath to move energy
and release things that have held you back.
 Through Native American rituals, learn about
community and experience a highly initiatory
rite of purification.
 Learn ways to heal yourself and others.
 Understand directly the power of opening
and connecting at the heart -- experiencing
your heart as an organ of perception.
 Through ancient Hawaiian teachings,
experience energy like the Kahuna’s and
access "unseen" worlds unknowable to most
people.
 Work with sound healing and the power of
the spoken word.
 Learn tools of the shaman and ancient
sages.
