Camp Brosius, an Indiana University-owned property, has provided outdoor adventures to families and students for nearly 100 years. Located on the shores of Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, this treasured Indiana University tradition is waiting for you!

What will you do there? You decide!

At Camp Brosius, you design your own vacation. You may be involved in as many activities as you wish. Adults choose from swimming, tennis, sports and game tournaments, hiking, field trips, learning to sail, educational lectures and more. Or, if it's respite you seek, you may prefer just to read a book and enjoy the serene setting.

Families with watercraft may dock their boats at camp and enjoy fishing or water sports. Nearby golf courses, outlet malls and area attractions provide fun alternatives (prices not included).

Young people have an opportunity to experience a traditional summer camp, make new friends and learn new skills. Meanwhile, parents are able to relax and have fun knowing their children are safe and nearby.

Children engage in daily age-appropriate programming provided by trained college students. The fun includes swimming, crafts, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, sports, talent shows and more. Teens decide their activities and daily routine as a group.

Your adventure begins on a summer Sunday afternoon of your choice. Pick from eight different week-long options. Upon your arrival, counselors will direct you to your lodging and help you unload your car. That evening, you will be served your first home-cooked camp meal. After dinner, staff will present to you an entertaining overview of your vacation. Children will meet their counselors and divide into groups based on age. Afterwards, guests sing, dance, learn Elkhart Lake’s history and bond during the opening campfire.

Phantom Lake YMCA Camp, established in 1896, provides youth ages 7–17 traditional summer camp experiences in a Resident and Day Camp setting. Parents call it "A genuine 'camp' experience." Nestled on 72 acres of rolling hills on Phantom Lake in southeastern Wisconsin, campers have many activities to choose from in a safe and nurturing environment and are encouraged to grow physically, mentally, spiritually and socially. Some of the activities include sailing, swimming, crafts, paddle sports, small trips, theater, dance, nature, target sports and, the zip line! Other programs this year are a golf, soccer and skateboard specialty. Children will live in a screened in cabin with canvas and screen sides with children from the same age group, a counselor and an assistant counselor. Camp Anokijig is an overnight, resident camp for children ages 7-16. Resident camp provides the opportunity for children to choose from a wide variety of camp activities and do it all. We also offer a very popular horse camp where campers spend a portion of their day learning horsecare and riding techniques on our working ranch. Our specialty programs combine all the activities of "Resident Camp" with a focus on one particular activity for part of the day. Choose from Fishing Expeditions, Competitive Swimming, Theater in the Woods, Comedy Camp, Yoga, or Teen Adventure Challenge. Optional day trips are also available for campers in grades 7 and up. Camp Onaway is a 6.5 acre island located on the Chain O'Lakes near Waupaca, Wisconsin. Onaway offers three one-week camp session for boys, three for girls, a co-ed adventure camp, a co-ed Leadership Training Conference and one family camp. Typical activites include: swimming, canoeing, waterskiing, windsurfing games, wakeboarding, sailing, campfires, tournaments, crafts, volleyball, basketball, fishing, a low and high ropes challenge course, and much more. Although camp provides a lot of fun and exciting activities, the main objective of the Boys' and Girls' Brigade is to build leaders through the development of the character traits of respectfulness, leadership, attitude, cleanliness, helpfulness, responsibility, initiative, sportsmanship, and trustworthiness.

10. Moon Beach Camp - Moon Beach Camp, located in the beautiful northwoods of Wisconsin, offers two weeks of youth camp followed by an extensive family camp program. Emphasis is placed on creating a place and space where family members can relax, communicate and enjoy the gift of the people and natural beauty around us.
