Now in our 19th season, the Sultana Education Foundation’s Summer Programs provide children and young adults with extraordinary opportunities to experience the Chesapeake Bay in ways only most can imagine.
This camp has been designed to allow athletes to develop their sport-specific skills, enhance their speed, agility, and conditioning, as well as evolve as an athlete through mental preparation.
Campers in grades 1-6 can explore science in a fun, interactive way. Our quality hands-on experiments, innovative curriculum and professional instructors bring your child’s understanding of science to the next level.
At Sirin Art Studio, our summer programs go beyond crafts—they offer young artists (6+) a truly immersive experience. We provide three distinct programs: Puppet-making (6-11) brings marionettes to life; Art Escapades (7-12) explores sculpting, painting, and sketching in museums and parks; and our extended-day camp for teens and tweens combines art projects, field trips, and shared meals in a creative, inspiring environment.
Capital Speech and Language Therapy Summer Program is designed for children with special needs, ages 3-8 years old, to improve language and social skills.

Lions Camp Merrick overlooks the scenic Potomac River surrounded by 320 acres of private woodland with nature trails, beaver pond and in the mist of this peaceful rustic setting we have an in-ground pool, ball field, climbing wall, high & low ropes course, archery, canoeing, arts & crafts and much more, all for your summer enjoyment.
The Gary Williams Basketball Camp is available to boys ages 9-17 or 7-17 for the overnight or day camps, respectively
Summer at Sandy Spring is a day camp on the sprawling 140-acre campus of Sandy Spring Friends School. Our Friends Camp offers recreation and academic options for Pre-K through Grade 6 campers, and we offer specialty programs in Fishing, Sports, Cooking, Community Action, Adventure and Creative Arts for middle schoolers. High schoolers take part in our Counselors in Training program and gather useful skills and work experience.
Our camp offers a wide range of outdoor activities, Terrapin Adventures has a Zipline, Giant Swing, Low and High Ropes Challenge Course, Climbing Tower, as well as River Tubing!
