For over 95 years, generations of families have enjoyed the traditions and shared the memories of their summers spent at Kickapoo Kamp. Limiting our enrollment to around 110 campers, ages 7 to 17, allows us to emphasize the family atmosphere we feel is so important.
Kids will learn from professional Austin musicians how to put a band together, how to write songs, how to get gigs and a whole lot more! A minimum of six months private instruction on their instruments is required.

At Robotics camp students develop an understanding of "how things work" through hands-on activities that demonstrate the principles of simple and motorized machines. They gain experience with design and problem solving through the use of gears, motors, wheels and axles, pulleys, and remote control devices. Working in teams, students learn a variety of ways to design a robot to do the things they want it to do.
