ACE Summer CAMP is an academic focused camp
Our summer camp is about FUN, but also so much more. In a small, tight, true community set in natural splendor, campers develop self-confidence, independence, social skills (emotional intelligence), creativity, activity skills, environmental awareness and appreciation, friendships, and healthy living skills.

Students will develop and improve their performative skills by studying with Bay Area experts in such areas as Acting, Voice, Movement, Text Analysis and more, all while rehearsing one of Shakespeare’s most beloved plays for a performance on the Bruns stage!

Experienced educators and circus performers team up to offer kids aged 9-14 an opportunity to create and perform their own circus show.
We ask our students to set aside limits: to be courageous and open to surprise as they immerse themselves in the immediacy and power of Shakespeare’s plays. Conservatory students spend the morning studying acting, physical comedy, stage combat, and more; afternoons are for rehearsals, to create a fully-realized, specially-adapted public performance of a Shakespeare play on the final day of the conservatory session.
