Fit 4 Life is a camp designed to equip individuals with the skills they need to obtain vibrant health in their body, soul, spirit, and relationships which will allow them to enjoy life to it's fullest, the way God intended.
Our roots reach back to 1901, when we established one of the nation's first overnight camps for children. Over a century later, we remain true to the Y mission and our non-profit commitment to bring children of all backgrounds and abilities together in our enriching, life-changing community of summer camp.
