Camp Ten Oaks is a two-location, one-week each, sleep-away camp for children and youth ages 8-17 from 2SLGBTQ+ (two spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer) identities, families, and communities. The program first opened its doors in August 2005. It doubled in capacity in 2018 with the addition of our second location, allowing for nearly 200 campers.
Boyd Archaeological Field School (BAFS) is Canada’s only high school course giving students credits for real archaeology. Unearth a 14th century village. Try ancient skills. Learn from archaeologists, academics and indigenous educators.
A 4-day leadership retreat offered on a sliding scale. Our programming includes leadership, outdoor and social justice activities. Project Acorn is for youth of LGBTQ and/or non-traditional families, LGBTQ youth, and their allies.
