We ask our students to set aside limits: to be courageous and open to surprise as they immerse themselves in the immediacy and power of Shakespeare’s plays. Conservatory students spend the morning studying acting, physical comedy, stage combat, and more; afternoons are for rehearsals, to create a fully-realized, specially-adapted public performance of a Shakespeare play on the final day of the conservatory session.

Week-long Discovery Camps ignite creative thinking and offer children the freedom of child-directed, open-ended learning through play. Children ages 3-8 and Junior Counselors 9-14 can build forts, perform plays about super heroes, explore the Bay, create and invent with art and more in our 15 camp themes.
