We ask our students to set aside limits: to be courageous and open to surprise as they immerse themselves in the immediacy and power of Shakespeare’s plays. Conservatory students spend the morning studying acting, physical comedy, stage combat, and more; afternoons are for rehearsals, to create a fully-realized, specially-adapted public performance of a Shakespeare play on the final day of the conservatory session.
Part adventure. Part self-discovery. All fun! Campers leave Camp Stevens full of stories about delicious food, new friends, caring staff and the new activities they tried, from archery and the climbing wall to campfires and sunset hikes.
Aikido Spring Camp "Aikido and the Environment", ages 5-12. Day camp for beginning and continuing students of Aikido, a nonviolent, noncompetitive Japanese martial art known as the Art of Peace.
