During our week-long camp programs campers make new friends, experience living in the outdoors, gain independence, and explore their faith in a warm, caring Christian community. We meet each camper wherever they are in their personal faith journey, and provide a fun, safe place to learn about themselves and one another. Camp Pinnacle is conveniently located in Voorheesville, NY, just 30 minutes West of Albany. Our mission since 1898 has been to "help people walk in God’s paths." With scenic mountain-top views overlooking the Capital District, it’s hard to imagine a better opportunity for campers to unplug and be set apart from daily life.
Campers will meet with children’s book authors, take part in book discussions, and go on book-related field trips around the city. Each week camp will conclude with an informal performance of actors reading camp participants’ writing.
