Stepping Stones’ summer programs provide an inclusive, encouraging environment where individuals with disabilities find adventure! Our 9-week summer season runs from early June into August at two scenic Greater Cincinnati locations. Program activities include outdoor favorites like fishing, nature and swimming as well as art, music and sensory.
Summer Experience offers engaging programming for students in PreK–12th Grade, designed to meet a wide range of interests.
From June through August, Kubicki Equestrian Center offers weekly day camps. $275.00 per week and campers get 2 riding sessions per day, craft time and learn basic horse care. They also receive a camp T-Shirt, Certificate of Completion, Picture with their favorite horse and parents are invited to see the "End of Camp Week Horse Show" put on by the kids. Camp is daily 9:00am-3:00pm.

The J offers options ranging from the traditional to the creative, to match every child’s interest and talents, including Maccabi Sports Village, Playland Day Camp and the Pilloff Family Playmakers Performing Arts Camp. Extended care is available for all of our camp programs and anyone can participate in summer camp— you don’t have to be a member of The J or Jewish to have your children join in the fun!
The Head Start Basketball Camps emphasize the FUN-damentals of basketball while giving individual attention to each and every camper.
Adventure Unleashed Dog Camp is an overnight camp for teenagers age 13-18 and their dogs. The camp utilizes science based dog training in a supportive environment to develop and practice teaching and leadership skills.
Enjoy Adventures in Art including glass fusing, clay building, drawing, painting, tye-dye, weaving, and much more! Learn about color theory, art history or the fiber arts, and take a nature walk in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
Red Oak, a not-for-profit private camp, is proud of its mission to develop children’s inner strengths through outdoor adventure. Red Oak offers day and overnight camp options for boys and girls, and shorter sessions for many programs.
Camp Culture is a Faith-Based Camp that Exposes youth to Drama, Visual Art, Music, Dance and Creative Writing. Youth Ages 6-14 will experience each arts discipline and exhibit their own talents within the surrounding communities.In addition, older youth participate in service learning projects in various community settings. At Highbrook Lodge, we see camp differently! Founded in 1928, our camp has been providing a unique summer camp experience for those of all ages who are blind or have low vision for over 90 years.
Horse Lovers Day Camp focuses on saftey, understanding animals, stable management, horse psychology, grooming, and includes private and group riding lessons. Horse Lovers Pre-Camp (ages 4-6) includes similar activities, as well as play time with barn animals, games and crafts.
