Our nurturing atmosphere gives campers confidence to make friends easily and to try new activities. Yale Young Global Scholars (YYGS) is a summer academic enrichment and leadership program that brings together students from over 150 countries and all 50 U.S. states for two-week sessions at Yale. Students attend Yale faculty lectures, join seminars taught by undergraduate and graduate college students, and conduct capstone projects—all while learning with likeminded peers from around the world.

Living Earth School (LES) offers FUN WEEK-LONG programs for children (ages 7+). Sessions revolve around creating resiliency in nature, by learning skills with fire, water, shelter and food.

The Summer Science Institute @ Bethel College is for students interested in the sciences. The institute offers opportunities to participate in research investigations in several fields of science and mathematics. Students will be able to study fascinating and challenging topics that high school courses typically do not cover. The institute will focus on learning how to do research through close interaction with College faculty.
